Bruce came to J&RS for a full home remodel, inside and out. Pictured here are the exterior transformation, new siding, sidewalks, windows, and front steps!
This home's exterior was in dire need of an update. The customers chose to go with white board and batten, with natural cedar window trim and decking.
This screen porch on Park Point was in desperate need of attention. The framing was inadequate and didn't meet modern codes and requirements and it was starting to look pretty shabby. J&RS came in and rebuilt the entire structure, from new framing to new siding and windows giving it a fresh new look.
By moving some interior walls, J&RS was able to create more area to accommodate a bigger vanity and also have room for the new shower. A narrow window was cut in above the vanity mirror to flood the updated bathroom with natural light while also keeping the space private. The designer at J&RS used tile selections with contrast to create impact, and then used natural walnut for the slab style vanity and floating shelves to bring warmth and compliment the hard surfaces and modern selections.
These customers came to J&RS for their bathroom remodel project. Their existing shower was dark, dingy, and claustrophobic and they were looking for a way to totally transform the space into something that was updated, modern, and airy. J&RS was able to remove some interior walls and redesign the bathroom layout to accommodate a fully tiled walk-in shower. The customers chose a modern white 8" hex tile that ran from the walls through the shower to make the space appear bigger, and incorporated glass shower walls for a more open and glamorous feel.
