These Moose Lake Minnesota homeowners wanted a fresh looking functional kitchen. The old kitchen was outdated and designed poorly. The old island had two small peninsulas on each end which created a bottleneck in the kitchen where the new island allows for a more accessible work area as well as a better flow. By moving the refrigerator to the other side wall the homeowners were able to get a bigger work area next to the stove.
These customers came to J&RS for their bathroom remodel project. Their existing shower was dark, dingy, and claustrophobic and they were looking for a way to totally transform the space into something that was updated, modern, and airy. J&RS was able to remove some interior walls and redesign the bathroom layout to accommodate a fully tiled walk-in shower. The customers chose a modern white 8" hex tile that ran from the walls through the shower to make the space appear bigger, and incorporated glass shower walls for a more open and glamorous feel.
Lackluster to Luxury
This Bathroom was stuck in a time capsule and was in need of an update. J&RS's Kitchen and Bath designer Bridget worked with the homeowners to transform this bathroom into a modern masterpiece.
The bright white trim accents the beige walls , while the wood floating shelves create a pop of warmth with out being to overbearing. The glass walk in shower is the cherry on top that takes this bathroom from updated to Luxury!
Bruce came to J&RS for a full home remodel, inside and out. Pictured here are the exterior transformation, new siding, sidewalks, windows, and front steps!
This screen porch on Park Point was in desperate need of attention. The framing was inadequate and didn't meet modern codes and requirements and it was starting to look pretty shabby. J&RS came in and rebuilt the entire structure, from new framing to new siding and windows giving it a fresh new look.
