Ray Sundberg

Ray Sundberg is the co-founder and owner of J&RS. After graduating from Two Harbors High School in 1988, Sundberg earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Minnesota Duluth. While in college, he began working in residential and commercial construction, which he continued to do after graduating in 1993. A few years later, Sundberg and his brother, Jim, decided to start their own home remodeling business. Since its founding in 1995, J&RS has earned a reputation for providing quality craftsmanship and service throughout the The Northland Region area.

Working in the home remodeling industry has been a rewarding experience for Sundberg. One of his favorite things about his work is fulfilling clients’ dreams and wishes for their homes with functional, beautifully-designed spaces. He also enjoys working with the J&RS team and the supportive and engaging environment they’ve cultivated.

In his free time, Sundberg enjoys spending quality time with his family and helping his kids with remodeling projects to make their own homes great places to live and entertain. He also likes to spend time outdoors, enjoying everything Northern Minnesota has to offer, including hunting, fishing, and camping.
